Shipping policy
All shipping times are estimated. Your Scholarship Planner® is not responsible for “late” delivery of any order. If a package has been marked “Delivered” but you have not received it yet, please contact us at info@YourScholarshipPlanner.com.
Please contact us in the event you believe you are a victim of package theft, we would gladly provide you with a descriptive outline of your package to file a Police Report. This is needed to file a stolen package claim with the delivery carrier. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.
Please make sure to verify your complete mailing address before submitting your order. The customer is responsible for applicable taxes and customs duties.
Your Scholarship Planner® is not responsible for lost packages that are deemed as delivered by your carrier.
